User Agreement

8T20 CAPITAL (PTY) LTD trading as and referred to herein as "TRINITY BIBLE", "we", "us", or "our".
Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and 8T20 CAPITAL (PTY) LTD trading as TRINITY BIBLE ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of the Trinity Bible AI App (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We may update this EULA from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If changes are material, we will notify you via the App or email.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license includes access to Bible texts (which may be in the public domain), audio features using text-to-speech (TTS), AI-generated insights, verse bookmarking, notes, chapter and book summaries, progress tracking, and the AI study companion with a Christian focus.
You may not:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.
- Distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App.
- Use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of any law.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
3. User Accounts and Content
To access certain features (such as notes, bookmarks, or AI interactions), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any user-generated content. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates this EULA.
AI-generated content (such as insights, summaries, or chat responses) is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended as religious, legal, or professional advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features (such as AI Insight, Ask, Hebrew & Greek interlinear, Study Plans, Teaching Plans, Journey Mode, and Verse Videos).
- Subscription Details: Subscriptions are available in monthly and yearly durations, with prices displayed in the App (currently $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year, USD). Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel via your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or Google Play subscription settings (Android).
- Free Trials: If offered, trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Payments: Processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android); we do not handle payment details directly.
- Refunds: Subject to the refund policy of your platform; contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for issues.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. No refunds for partial periods.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including AI models, TTS integrations, and custom features, is owned by us or our licensors. Bible texts may be in the public domain (e.g., KJV, Reina-Valera 1909), but our arrangements, AI outputs, and enhancements are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your feedback or suggestions.
6. Termination
We may terminate your license at any time if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must delete the App and cease use. Sections surviving termination include disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.
7. Disclaimers and Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. AI features rely on third-party services.
